VOLUNTEERS
We do need a few student volunteers for the event, and if you volunteer you will not have to purchase a ticket for the event.

TICKETS
1. EVERYONE except Seniors will need to purchase a $5 ticket for The Westies.
2. Do the families of Studio West Seniors need to purchase tickets – YES
Families were emailed a code for 2 Free Tickets. If you did not receive that information, please send an email to Stephanie Campbell at communications@studiowestwfhs.com – ASAP!
Your free ticket codes are only valid until 11:59pm on Thursday, May 9th , so reserve those tickets today!
3. If my student is performing in the Ensemble number at the start of the show, do they need to purchase a ticket? – NO
We will have a list of these students at the ticket table, and they will need to check in with us and be marked off as they enter.

ATTIRE
Homecoming attire requested (but not mandatory)

SCHEDULE
6:00PM – Doors at WFHS will open to walk the red carpet, take photos, leave our Seniors a note.
6:30pm – Auditorium doors will open.
There will be front rows roped off for Seniors.
*All other Studio West students, families and friends will be seated behind these sections, and we ask that you remain in your seats until the Showcase has ended. There will be time for hugs, congratulations, and pictures when the evening has ended.
7:00pm – Senior Showcase will begin!
9:00pm – The plan is to be done by 9pm, but we do have 30 Seniors this year, so be patient with us.

REFRESHMENTS
We will not be serving any food at this year’s event.
